Fees: what you pay, and to whom

Money is the most common worry, so we say it plainly. Under our Terms of Service:

• Any service charge from IGC is explained before you enrol.
• University application fees, visa fees, test fees and other third-party charges are paid to those organisations. They are not refundable by IGC.
• You are asked to give true, complete information and genuine documents. False documents can lead to refusal and end our service.

What to bring to your first meeting

You do not need everything on day one, but these help us give you a useful answer:

• Your latest academic certificates and transcripts
• Your English test score (IELTS or another test), if you have taken one
• A short CV, and work experience details if you have any
• Your passport details, if you already have a passport
• An idea of your yearly budget and who will support your studies

How long does the whole process take?

It depends on the country, the intake you aim for and how quickly your documents are ready. Offers and visas also have their own processing times, which only universities and embassies control. Your counsellor will give you a timeline for your chosen intake.

Can IGC guarantee a visa, an offer or a scholarship?

No. Admission and visa decisions are made by universities and governments. We prepare your file carefully and honestly, but no consultancy can guarantee the result.

I do not live in Dhaka. Can I still get help?
